WAYNE, NE - Brianna Fanning of Stromsburg has been awarded a Bill and Betty Reeg Annual Scholarship valued at $1000 to continue their education at Wayne State College. Brianna Fanning was a graduate of Cross County Community Schools in 2021. Her parents are Greg and Kori Fanning of Stromsburg.Brianna Fanning will be a Senior this fall at Wayne State College, majoring in Graphic Design.
